As a Lead Consultant - Full Stack Engineer, you'll work alongside Software and Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and other IT and science partners to devise technical solutions that tackle some of the most challenging issues slowing down innovation. Your work will have a direct impact on the science we do, enabling our scientists to undertake research not possible today. Are you prepared to make the impossible possible?
In this role, you will join a distributed team of software engineers, support engineers, and informaticians in our Augmented DMTA platform. You will design and implement software-based solutions to streamline scientific processes, enhance learning, and deliver faster and higher quality across all therapeutic modalities. You will ensure standard methodologies are followed in software development, bridging the gap between legacy systems and ground breaking technology.
Your ideas will become invaluable tools in supporting scientific endeavors. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of new applications, using expertise in surrounding technologies like cloud platforms, libraries, frameworks, etc. Collaborate with solution and IT architects to reach consensus on optimal solutions for given problems. Work with project teams to integrate new software with existing systems, making impactful suggestions that shape the platform itself.
Provide feedback into the technical direction of the platform, ensuring DMTA scientists have the tools and technology needed to work efficiently and accurately in a rapidly changing scientific environment. Advocate for modern, agile software development practices and help develop a vibrant software engineering culture. Support junior software engineers through mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.
