Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), a division of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. Since then, RE&F has grown alongside our organization, managing a vast global footprint. Our meticulous management model encompasses the entire real estate lifecycle, from space planning and transaction management to project management, facilities management, and office EHS. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the company's AMS cost planning, cost-commercial management and regional office portfolio, inclusive of current/new sites and projects
  • Advise commercial perspectives and facilitate decisions to establish new sites/projects
  • Collaborate with different teams to prepare cost information and decision points
  • Collect and analyze real estate and construction-related market data (e.g., transactions, construction, operation costs) to drive project life cycle(s)
  • Establish and implement effective cost planning and management systems for projects
  • Manage project/portfolio budgets to minimise exposure and risk
  • Participate in feasibility studies and establish the project target cost and budget
  • Review cost plans, cost estimates prepared by consultants
  • Manage all facets of the pre-construction, bid, and award
  • Responsible for project cost updates, cash flow, expenditure forecasts, variations management, and final account process
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/MBA (and/or equivalent experience) with major coursework in architecture, surveying, real estate, construction, business administration, or other related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of cost planning and management experience in real estate and construction markets
  • Strong communication and collaboration, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, growth-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professionally qualified in MRICS or equivalent is preferred
  • Good understanding of the local real estate market. Knowledge of property leasing in AMS is preferred
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of or lead tasks.
  • Strategic Thinking: Interest in understanding the bigger picture of projects.
  • Innovative Mindset: Willingness to suggest improvements and new ideas.
