Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead with a strong background in the high-tech or semiconductor industry and extensive integration experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) solutions to meet business requirements, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain management. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to drive process improvements and successful system adoption.

Your Job:

Process Expertise:

• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations, utilizing best practices and industry knowledge.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for enhancement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

System Design and Configuration:

• Design and configure Oracle EBS manufacturing and supply chain management modules to meet business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EBS with other systems and applications.

Business Partnership:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Change Management:

• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on new functionalities and processes.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Enterprise Apps.

Required Qualifications:

• 12-15+ years of experience in supply chain management and Oracle EBS functional implementation.
• Proven experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry with a focus on integration projects will be huge plus.
• Thorough knowledge of EBS integration of Supply Chain, Finance, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Cost Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, ASCP, and WIP, MES integration).

Certifications:

• Certification in Oracle EBS would be preferred
