Job Title: Operator

Responsibilities

• Weigh materials according to batch specifications.
• Add materials to the mixing kettle in the correct order and quantity.
• Verify correct items have been picked before adding to the mixing tank.
• Transfer liquids as needed from vessel to vessel.
• Operate the dryer according to batch sheet instructions.
• Accurately and completely fill out necessary paperwork.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment during wash-ups.
• Clean and sanitize room areas as needed.
• Fill in for Packer position as needed.
• Supervise the process from raw materials addition to finished goods packaging.
• Oversee the assigned drying crew.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.18 - $29.09/hr.
