Our Industrial Launch & Execution team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic and tactical cross-functional initiatives, change management, and operational excellence across our expanding grocery footprint.
In this role, you will exhibit a strong ownership mindset, taking the lead in scoping and creating project plans, developing and standardizing processes, coordinating execution, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams. You will influence a team comprising Operations, Start-Up, Construction, Real Estate, Design, Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, Loss Prevention, IT, and Food Safety to impact existing building retrofits and new site launches.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
