Do you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to enhance user experiences while managing the moving pieces to get it done? Do you have a natural mechanical aptitude and an understanding of how electromechanical products work?
In this position, you'll focus on developing and refining complex technical information into clear, user facing documentation for our products. This includes creating manuals, quick start guides, and on product instructions that are not only informative but also align with relevant safety and sanitation standards. You'll collaborate with cross functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
In addition to writing, this role has a project management component. You'll work within the end to end lifecycle of documentation efforts, and coordinate tasks and timelines internally with stakeholders & externally with manufacturers and certification bodies (e.g. Intertek, NSF, UL) to align on required documentation standards or updates. As such, having a grasp of UL, CSA, NSF, and other standards is a major perk. You’ll be a go to person for documentation project flow and deadlines.
If you can think like a user, and how they are likely to use or misuse product, you’ll thrive here.
