What you´ll do
- Responsible for Controls and Automation for the projects, and ongoing plant maintenance.
- Work within project teams for the Planning, Design, Execution, Commissioning, Qualification & Verification of the control and automation scope.
- With maintenance team, ensure stability and manage ongoing improvements to the plant controls & automation.
- Work with digital team on automation scope.
- Understand the digital cc conceptualization, including business case preparation and execution of investment around digital technologies.
- Analyze requirements, identify required work, and estimate development tasks time.
- Responsible for setting up digital tools and troubleshoot, solve, or escalate any issue with existing digital systems.
- Support the digital upskilling of the site’s workforce.
- Continuously improve development and penetration of I4.0 tools.
- Be the 1st level of support for the local key users with the 4IR tools.
What makes you a good fit
- Education: Bachelor degree and major in electrical automation is preferred.
- Working Experience: Minimum 5-year electrical automation related experience. Familiar with automatic control system and instrument. PLC knowledge and PLC system troubleshooting skill.
- Experience in working of Siemens or Rockwell auto-control system and Drives.
- Experience in new plant/ maintenance lines start-up/commissioning.
- Knowledge of OT security principles is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving competencies.
- Excellent communication skills to convince stakeholders to adopt new digital tools and navigate through a complex IT organizational setup.
- Professional knowledge of Auto-control system, best practices and systems.
- Software knowledge (WinCC, Studio5K, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office).
- Hardware knowledge (Siemens PLC, PCS7, AB PLC’s, AB Flex I/O, Motor control circuit& components, industrial networks, Instrumentations).
