The mission of the Business Support Solution Delivery department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient and scalable Business Support technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and the Real Estate Development Technology team in our Business Support Solution Delivery department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Real Estate Development technologies. You will establish and drive forward a strategic roadmap for Aritzia’s Real Estate Development technologies and play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of our geographic footprint and the enhancement of our beautiful retail spaces. You will also collaborate closely with our Real Estate Development teams, including architecture, creative store design, leasing, build, and facilities, as well as external partners, to deliver transformative technology projects that accelerate Aritzia’s real estate initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of technology within our retail environments. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager, Solution Delivery, Real Estate Development Technology, you will lead the team to:

• Establish a clear vision and strategic direction for Real Estate Development technologies, ensuring timely prioritization of opportunities, leveraging top talent, and driving efficiency while making smart investments
• Provide ongoing visibility to the Real Estate Development roadmap developed in collaboration with internal business and technology partners and external vendors
• Evaluate and input on Real Estate Development technology product solutions to ensure they are built in the right way to meet business outcomes
• Provide features that unlock business and technology value
• Provide excellent proactive and reactive support for Real Estate Development technology solutions
• Work with the appropriate partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager, Solution Delivery, Real Estate Development Technology has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, BIM 360, Build, Bluebeam, Service Channel
  • Experience working with internal and external development teams
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
