Job Summary

The Infrastructure Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing infrastructure technologies, ensuring seamless operations and high availability. With a focus on VMware and Windows administration, this role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize infrastructure technologies.
• Implement and maintain solutions for disaster recovery and data protection.
• Administer solutions for efficient workload mobility across hybrid cloud environments.
• Perform VMware administration to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Execute Windows administration tasks to maintain secure and efficient server environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Develop and execute strategies for infrastructure improvement and innovation.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the company's efficiency and growth in the Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive sectors.
• Utilize English language skills effectively for communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in VMware and Windows administration.
• Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to infrastructure challenges.
• Focus on enhancing system performance and reliability.

Required Certifications

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
