About the Role:

As a Product Manager - AI at Planful, you will drive the execution, development, and launch of our next-generation AI products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams around the globe, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to prioritize features and deliver innovative solutions, ensuring the alignment of product features with strategic business goals.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of AI technologies, with the ability to work effectively across teams to launch innovative, user-centric, and commercially viable products.

Position Responsibilities:

• Participate in product strategies tailored for AI technologies in FP&A use cases.
• Lead ideation, develop user stories, groom technical details with engineers, and launch innovative AI products.
• Define product roadmaps and schedules collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitive conditions to position the product effectively.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of appropriate product artifacts.
• Oversee and steer the product development process, ensuring compliance with budget, scope, and project timelines.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product functionalities are built to the highest standards.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support product development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management in FP&A use cases.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in product management roles
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.
• Should have managed Go-to-Market and Launch readiness activities
• Demonstrate ability to participate in product strategies and effective executive management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box - Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get things done.
• Advanced in AI, Machine Learning, GenAI or related field is highly desirable.
• Prior data science background is a plus but not required.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
