Position: Customer Support Expert / Mitarbeiter Technischer Support (m/w/d)

Arbeitsaufgaben:

• Als technischer Ansprechpartner beantworten Sie die Fragen unserer Kunden, Partner und Außendienst und sorgen für schnelle und kompetente Lösungen
• Sie lösen technische Anliegen unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden schnell und nachhaltig und steigern damit die Kundenzufriedenheit
• Reklamations- und Reparaturmanagement, Mitwirkung bei Ursachenanalysen
• Service, Support und Aftersales sowie Schulungen von Service-Mitarbeitern unserer Kunden
• Erstellen von individuellen Angeboten und Auftragserfassung für unsere anspruchsvollen Produkte
• Kunden- und qualitätsorientierte Unterstützung des Innen- und Außendienstes

Qualifikation:

• eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Kenntnisse in der Elektrik und ein gutes Verständnis für mechanische und elektrische Zusammenhänge
• Kenntnisse im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, idealerweise mit Praxiserfahrung
• Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Kenntnisse eines ERP-Systems
• gutes MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist und Einfühlungsvermögen sowie ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden
• eine selbstständige, systematische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Einsatzbereitschaft und ein Bestreben zu stetiger Verbesserung
