Job Objective:
Assists the Donor Engagement and Events Director of Eisenhower Health Foundation in meeting Annual Giving, Capital Campaign, 24/7 and Planned Giving fundraising goals; produces and delivers extremely detailed tasks, a high-level of organization and communication and compassion for others in a dynamic event environment. Attends Foundation events to ensure overall success as directed by leadership.

Essential Responsibilities
1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2. Assists director with food and beverage, execution and presentation with vendors across all various levels of Foundation events.
3. Assists director with all rental execution and presentation with vendors across all various levels of Foundation events.
4. Responsible for physical event preparation, load-in, set-up and load out for indoor and outdoor events and tours.
5. Assists with all audio and visual planning, requests and execution across all various levels of Foundation events.
6. Orders food and beverage for ticketing activation in an efficient and professional manner.
7. Responsible for event materials inventory and supplies – signage, branding, equipment.
8. Answers RSVP Phone Line and takes accurate phone messages, RSVPs, event items and distributes appropriately.
9. Supports donors with accessing their tickets for all ticketed events.
10. Collects vendor certificates of insurance and responsible for all event files and documentation.
11. Attends and works all Eisenhower Health Foundation Events.
12. Assists director with purchasing all event-related items.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
