The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) serves TekniPlex’s Integrated Performance Solutions (IPS) business segment and its customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. The ISR will be responsible for generating revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders from new and existing accounts, understanding and interpreting technical requirements and providing technical information. The individual in this role will have/develop a detailed knowledge of TekniPlex product lines. The ISR will leverage this knowledge to differentiate TekniPlex offerings to provide value added solutions to targeted customers.
