WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Onsite IT Infrastructure & Hardware Lead, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of IT infrastructure and hardware installations at our Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia. This state-of-the-art facility with almost 250.000 spm, set to open in the second half of 2026, will be the largest and most highly automated DC in our global network. You will ensure all technical installations are completed to specification, on time, and in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Coordinate and manage onsite IT infrastructure and hardware installations according to project timelines and requirements
  • Oversee vendor activities, including access management, installation supervision, and quality inspections
  • Act as the primary escalation point for onsite installation issues and provide hands-on troubleshooting support
  • Align installation plans and milestones with stakeholders across local, regional, and central teams
  • Ensure hardware deliveries and installations meet contractual agreements in collaboration with vendors and logistics teams
  • Support testing, compliance with central IT guidelines, and commercial processes for office devices
  • Contribute to successful project delivery across multiple sites and markets through effective coordination and communication

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure (WAN, LAN, wireless networks, workstation hardware/software, printers)
  • Solid understanding of warehouse infrastructure setups and dependencies in complex environments
  • Familiarity with warehouse logistics technologies (e.g., scanners, mobile devices, label printers)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Good grasp of commercial terms and business requirements related to warehouse IT solutions
  • Ability to assess and communicate risks from both cost and timeline perspectives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Business fluent in Czech and English
