The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of task assignments and completions by the EVS employees, in the day-to-day operations of clinical and non-clinical spaces. This position encompasses administrative communication, staff coordination, training and coaching, assignment inspections, and actively promoting service excellence.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate degree or an equivalent 1-3 years of combined education and experience is required (Some years of supervisory experience and High School Graduate or GED Certificate). Experience in hospital or hotel housekeeping operations is preferred; Good communication skills, both verbal and written; Knowledge of applicable codes and regulatory requirements preferred; General knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word and Outlook software programs is desired.
