Join the Credit Analytics Transformation (CAT) Programme

The CAT Programme in Risk Analytics was launched in Sep 2022 with the purpose to deliver on Danske Bank’s long-term strategy. The CAT Project Management Office (PMO) drives the CAT programme. It manages the overall structure of the programme, facilitates teamwork and communication among teams, and ensures progress is made in line with the scheduled timelines. We have a wide group of stakeholders from model developers and executive management to other key business areas. The PMO consists of highly skilled professionals located in Copenhagen, and we are now looking for new colleagues to join us in Vilnius.

You are motivated and valued for your interpersonal skills and ability to communicate credibly with senior management. You take initiative and drive tasks to completion while also simplifying complex topics through clear verbal and written communication. You bring a structured approach and you are collaborative in problem solving and delivery of tasks.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Oversee project management – e.g. coordinate and facilitate programme meetings to ensure progress, collaboration and transparency across teams within the programme and towards executive management
  • Do stakeholder management – e.g. plan and coordinate programme activities across the function by including relevant stakeholders to ensure right input and support to meet deadlines
  • Enhance strategic decision-making – develop presentations, reports and analyses to support executive management decisions with input from stakeholders
  • Enable consistency and transparency in reporting across programme streams and well as internal digital presence
  • Do admin work – support programme management with a range of administrative tasks (including calendar management, events and minute taking)
  • Undertake budgetary tasks – e.g. tracking cost, cost allocation & data costs

About you:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience from a similar position
  • Planning, coordination and communication are your DNA
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with upper-intermediate fluency in English
  • Proactive, service-minded and flexible approach to problem solving
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information
  • High proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in project mgmt. tools like Jira

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
