The Digital Solution Specialist leads the design and implementation of scalable integrated solutions to transform digital support operations. This role harmonizes enterprise support portals, standardizes the web support experience, and drives the next-generation digital support tooling and automation roadmap.
Additionally, synthesizes feedback from internal and external customers and partners to enhance the web user experience, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and alignment across the services group.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support advanced AI-driven automation workflows that streamline support operations and enhance efficiency.
- Incorporate workflow analytics to identify inefficiencies and implement data-backed solutions to improve support operations..
- Train and mentor junior specialists to build internal expertise in knowledge systems and automation technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate virtual agents and other automation solutions into support ecosystems.
- Conduct ongoing performance assessments of AI tools, ensuring alignment with customer experience and operational objectives.
- Analyze workflow data to drive continuous improvements in speed, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in digital solutions or knowledge systems.
- Proficiency in AI tools, workflow automation, and data analysis.
- Salesforce Service Cloud or equivalent experience, with demonstrated ability to implement and optimize service processes, case management, and digital/automation tools.
- Familiar with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for website performance, user engagement, and conversion optimization.
- Familiar with SEO strategies, including system optimization and analytics, to enhance the portal's discoverability and drive organic traffic.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
