Responsibilities Work with cross functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers and engineers, on all aspects of the product design development process. Design high-fidelity UI and UX specs to communicate requirements to the team and drive multiple design projects from strategy to launch. Create prototypes based on conceptual product ideas, and design user flows based on data analysis and user research. Gather feedback from various stakeholders, reiterate designs, and ship products with the best user experience. Continuously optimize and drive the overall product experience.
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Art, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Art, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights; Defining requirements by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs; Designing User Experience and User Interface elements of mobile applications using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Origami Studio, or Principle; Video production using Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D; and Coordinating design team responsibilities throughout the full design project lifecycle.
