Amentum seeks a highly experienced Dynamics CRM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and integration.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably with exposure to federal procurement processes. They will also provide leadership and mentorship to one or more direct reports while ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and security of our CRM solutions. This is a remote-telework role.
