This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon the continued funding of the grant. The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) Program Assistant II is responsible to the County Extension Director and works under the direction of the EFNEP Area Specialist and is responsible for teaching educational programs to youth, 3rd-12th trades, and adults regardless of age, race, color, national origin, sex, religion, disability or veteran status. Provide the youth and adult audience with opportunities related to 4-H, Agricultural, and FCS endeavors that reflect positive life skill development. Responsible for teaching prepared curriculum and preparing materials that support the program. Responsible for maintaining the program’s vision of preparing today’s youth and adults for tomorrow’s responsibilities.
