Anduril’s Corporate Finance group is seeking a Financial Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing corporate financial planning and workforce/headcount planning. In this role, you’ll drive corporate long range financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support corporate functions—helping ensure cost efficiency and strategic workforce alignment.
This Financial Manager will additionally play a key role in establishing a new workforce planning function, working across the company to analyze workforce needs, forecast future talent requirements, and develop workforce strategies and plans that align to the company's strategic and financial plans. Workforce plans will include a long-range strategy for resource allocation as well as short term plans that cover the number of people, mix of insourcing and outsourcing, locations, role, level mix, and high-level cost impact. Your goal is to help us optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency. You will develop metrics and a monitoring plan to ensure the effective implementation of the plan while identifying ways to continually improve the overall resource allocation of the company.
The challenges you will encounter are innumerable and unpredictable, but you will be expected to take ownership of delivering the technical program solution in overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of corporate headcount initiatives at a departmental level.
