Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

Join a leading global manufacturer specializing in pressure washers, air compressors, power generators, and water pumps. We are seeking four motivated individuals to join our assembly department where you will play a key role in our fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently on one of the production lines using hand and power tools to complete sub-assemblies and assemblies of components.
• Utilize hand tools such as wrenches, hex keys, sockets, pliers, and screwdrivers, and power tools like impact drivers and pneumatic tools.
• Measure and mark using tape measures, calipers, or micrometers.
• Operate workstations and machinery, including scissor lift tables and conveyor systems.
• Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare equipment by detailing, cleaning, and lubricating.
• Align belts and conduct testing and quality control of units.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Lift up to 50lbs regularly as part of the assembly process.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months experience in a production or repetitive environment.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, with frequent lifting of 25-30 lbs throughout the day.
• Reliability and punctuality in attendance.
• Steel toe boots for safety compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with wiring is a plus.
• Forklift experience, especially narrow aisle forklifts, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in asking questions when uncertain.
• Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and organized production line alongside a team of 6-8 individuals, rotating through different areas throughout the week. The team is composed of individuals in their 20s and 30s, fostering a collaborative and helpful culture.

The shift operates Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
