S&ME is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Engineer or Geologist to take on a leadership role as Program Manager / Practice Leader for our Nuclear sector. What You'll Do:
In this role as Program Manager / Practice Leader for our Nuclear division, you'll lead key initiatives, ensure regulatory standards are upheld, and manage cross-functional teams across technical and operational disciplines. For over 40 years, S&ME has delivered comprehensive solutions to complex engineering and environmental challenges related to nuclear development and licensing.
As the Program Manager / Practice Leader, you will drive strategic growth by leading business development, proposal efforts, and project execution focused on core offerings such as:
S&ME operates under a robust internal Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA) program. In this capacity, you'll collaborate closely with our Corporate Nuclear QA Manager to ensure compliance with QA standards across the company and on individual projects. You'll also support the execution of internal and third-party audits and contribute to continuous improvement of our QA systems.
We're looking for a leader with a strong track record in nuclear licensing, site investigations, geotechnical engineering, and nuclear quality assurance.
