• End-to-end project delivery to ensure within set timelines and deadline.

Produce high level project timeline.

Change Management

• Engage Local Business Units to socialize the project/rollout/implementation plan.
• Work with Local Business Units and Director, PMO to come up with implementation schedule.
• Raise and own all Change Requests required for the delivery of the project.

Prudential is seeking a highly skilled AI Project Manager to oversee and manage AI projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing resources, working with cross-department stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Direct and manage project development from inception to completion, adhering to project risk, compliance, and government frameworks.
• Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives, in collaboration with business solutions teams and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track and monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans.
• Track and log project team timesheets accurately.
• Ensure project implementation and resource costs are charged correctly, following LBU guidelines.
• Conduct project post-mortems, create implementation reports, and compile recommendations and lessons learned.

Stakeholder & People Management

• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders continuously.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in managing AI or IT projects, with an understanding of AI technologies and trends.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Experience in conducting project post-mortems and implementing lessons learned.
• Leadership skills to coach and motivate team members and manage project teams effectively.
• Familiarity with government and compliance frameworks related to project management.
