How will you do it?

Responsible for delivering sales plans and quotas across assigned geography in alignment with business objectives. Manage several P&L units and support the expansion of the customer base across the region.

  • Achieve targeted sales growth for Strategic Accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with internal technical and business teams.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while exploring new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to guide the sales strategy and execution.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to drive key Global & Strategic Account activities.
  • Provide regular feedback on sales activities and customer insights to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in trade shows and conferences to promote product offerings and gather market intelligence.

What we look for?

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of commercial sales experience, including experience managing multiple P&L units.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans successfully.
  • Experience working in a technical environment is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly accountable environment.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
