• Key Customer interface for business, handling inbound customer queries
• Responsible for managing and co- ordination of customer enquiries to ensure appropriate level of support
• Manages customer relations on a proactive way to ensure the customer is supported and informed on all aspects of policy experience
• Identifies and follows up business opportunities
• Supports Account Managers and Business Development Managers in maintaining and developing customer relations
• Applies underwriting principles and procedures to support the customers business

Responsible for ensuring business retention and developing existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximizing customer profitability.

Actively involved in the management of customer portfolios.

Responsible for revenue generation, risk management and act as key customer interface for the Company.

The level of client support is segmented in accordance with the client service required profitability and potential.

Key aspects are product delivery, risk management and profitability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
