About the Team Join our TikTok-PGC team and play a vital role in empowering creators around the world! As a Creator Growth Operations, you'll focus on enhancing the experience of professional content creators (PGC) on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short video space. If you’re passionate about content, have an eye for trends, and enjoy building global connections, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities 1. Responsible for entertainment (film/TV) publishers' accounts and content growth at TikTok, and support their needs for copyright protection. 2. Design and execute product and business KPIs and operational strategies, on the basis of understanding entertainment publishers, and TikTok content ecosystem. 3. Conduct research on entertainment industries worldwide to discover new opportunities. 4. Collaborate closely with Product and Global Operation teams to drive our success.
Minimum qualifications 1. Bachelor and above, use English as a working language. 2. 2 years or above working experience in internet content platform companies and/or entertainment industry. 3. Working experience in social media marketing, and working overseas is a plus. 4. Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, able to understand complicated situations, define key problems and develop approaches to solve problems and achieve goals. 5. Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, coordination and pushing initiatives forward and proactively, result-oriented. 6. Have empathy for users, being able to deeply understand creator's demands. Preferred qualification 1. Proficiency in using Chinese as working language as the role will be in collaboration with local and global teams, including teams based in China where Chinese will be used in daily work. 2. Working experience in the entertainment industry and working overseas is a plus.
