  • Partner with cybersecurity leadership to embed secure-by-design practices, SOX/PCI-aligned controls, and scalable incident response capabilities.
  • Champion AI-powered, automation-ready, and intelligent platform solutions that enhance personalization, operational efficiency, and franchisee/member experience.
  • Team Leadership & Organizational Development.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and inclusive collaboration.
  • Design clear career progression frameworks, skill-building initiatives, and cross-team engagement practices that support both deep technical growth and leadership development.
  • Promote a product-centric mindset and modern platform stewardship through coaching, recognition, and shared accountability.
  • Establish a modern development environment—investing in AI-powered tools, coding-assistants, and workflow automation to boost developer productivity, code quality, and release velocity.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Vendor Strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic technology partner to key business stakeholders and franchise leaders, translating needs into scalable platform capabilities that drive measurable impact.
  • Build and manage high-value vendor relationships—balancing outsourced delivery with internal capability development to optimize TCO, agility, and innovation.
  • Ensure robust governance of vendor SLAs, roadmaps, and service quality while maintaining alignment with enterprise goals and evolving platform needs.
  • Budget Oversight & Performance Metrics.
  • Own and manage the platform and applications budget with rigor, prioritizing investments that maximize ROI and enable long-term enterprise scalability.
