We are now looking for an Intelligent Automation lead, who is passinated about understanding customer’s business needs and the benefits that automation and Business process analysis brings to customer but also have experience with team leadership.

Tietoevry Tech Service’s Business Automation and Integration practice have in depth experience in Intelligent business process analysis, Intelligence automation or so-called hyper automation delivery with focus on end-to-end business processes, hence you will be able to work with different business sectors and focus on latest technologies, team build up and support sales/pre-sales.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as an Intelligent Automation Lead in Sweden:

• You are responsible for building a Go-To-Market strategy and action plan for Intelligent Automation area in the Swedish market, together with our Global Intelligent Automation service area
• You will act as a thought leader in Intelligent Automation area for Swedish customers and very close co-operation with Tech Services Market Unit segments, customer teams and new sales
• You are responsible for developing the business’ results both in the short-term and long-term on the area of Intelligent Automation
• You will participate and act also billable consultant in the customer assignments
• You will build and grow network locally with external partners and our customers to drive growth agenda for Intelligent Automation service area
• You will contribute to develop further Intelligent Automation area with our global team

Who we are looking for:

You have lead automation team, worked and delivered projects based on one of the technologies mentioned in requirements below. Understanding new automation technologies and tools inspires you to solve customer problems and lead and guide team members. You have consultative mindset, and you want to help the customers to analyse, manage and automate end to end business processes. We also believe you have:

• Several years of experience in Intelligent automation area
• Experience in business-driven consulting
• Experience of automation pre-sales and sales
• Experience of RPA, workflow automation or process automation
• Experience of service productization and building repeatable solutions for our customers
• Capabilities and willingness to work cross practices and network beyond your responsible area.
• "Can do" -attitude and collaboration skills equally well with the business owners and relevant stakeholders
• You have good communicative properties, native in Swedish and fluent language skills in English.
