Title: Inside/Retail Sales Representative

Industry: Equipment Supply

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 40-hour workweek (business hours - 6am-5pm)

Pay: $20/hr DOE (depending on experience)

Inside/Retail Sales Representative Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Order entry, process cash and charge orders
• Greet clients upon arrival information on cost, ordering and delivery times
• Communicate by phone, e-mail and in person with customers, sales staff, store managers for

Inside/Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities

• 2 years of cash handling experience
• Must have excellent customer Service and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable communicating with industrial customers
• Some bending, reaching, stretching and lifting required
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Word and Excel
