Job Title: Warehouse Worker - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Part-Time Fulfillment Specialists to join our team in Northlake, Texas. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in processing and shipping orders at our Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. You will work in a climate-controlled facility, ensuring the smooth operation of our micro-fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers.
• Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability.
• Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, keeping all areas of the Fulfillment Center well-maintained and free of debris.
• Adhere to quality standards set by management.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in packing, inventory management, picking, and packaging.
• Experience with RF scanners and material handling.
• Attention to detail and the ability to read and write in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible shift.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capability to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
