Fragrance Manufacturing Company URGENTLY Hiring a General Compounders to start ASAP

Located: Norwood, NJ

Pay: $24-$28/hour ; Overtime: $36-42.00/hour

Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Description

This role involves working on a computer system to read batches, managing production, and compounding/mixing fragrances for the manufacturing process. You will also be responsible for mixing small batches of liquid chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Operate a computer system to read and manage batch production.
• Move products efficiently throughout the facility.
• Mix small batches of liquid chemicals.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform inspections and maintain production line quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.

Essential Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOP.
• Ability to work with liquid manufacturing and compounding.
• Experience in blending and production line processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Computer literacy.
• Strong collaboration skills with different departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
