We are seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and execute supply chain activities in support of a critical industrial transfer project. This individual will play a key role in ensuring material availability by building up buffer inventory to enable the seamless physical transfer of production to a new site. The primary focus will be securing component materials to meet top-level buffer requirements and transfer deadlines.
The ideal candidate will serve as the focal point for all supply chain activities, coordinating procurement efforts, managing supplier engagement, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials. Additionally, this individual will oversee purchase order (PO) and contract novation activities and collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, operations, engineering, and quality teams to resolve material-related challenges.

This position requires use of information or access to hardware, which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position and occasionally move about the office and laboratory. Constantly operates and use a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier/printer and laboratory machinery. The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information. The ability to observe, identify and assess details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds across office for various needs.
Work Environment:
The work environment is split between office & laboratory work, with most work being performed in the office. Noise level in the office is typically quiet while the noise level in the lab can occasionally require hearing protection.
