USD Housing is hiring an administrative assistant for the residence halls. This position will assist us in Coyote Village, McFadden, Burgess, and Norton halls. Position assists with student questions and concerns, mail/packages, keys, occupancy reporting and other day to day hall operations tasks. Position is very interactive with other staff and students, needs to be able to work in an environment with numerous interruptions. Ability to use Microsoft Office and the willingness to learn our Star Rez housing management system is essential.

Our Purpose: To provide a safe environment, an opportunity to explore life design, and educational support to our residents while helping them build healthy connections, find themselves, and engage in the campus community. University Housing serves over 2000 students in housing on campus in 8 residence halls. Housing employs 10 full-time employees, 5 graduate assistants, and 75 student employee staff.
