Lead and train warehouse staff
Oversee logistics from receiving to delivery
Manage inventory and documentation
Track vendor and team performance
Enforce safety and security protocols
Schedule and optimize outbound deliveries
Maintain a safe, efficient work environment
Develop and monitor KPIs
Drive process improvements and cost savings
Ensure compliance with all regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
