Position Overview

Supporting registration/front end staff providing essential assistance and contributing to the overall productivity and functionality of the outpatient clinics. Working to improve patient experience and prevent process breakdowns to promote quality care. Working to create a team of highly trained and motivated staff to work together and collaboratively with other area leaders. Identify and coordinate process changes to improve efficiency and ensure there is effective communication within the team.

$15.61 - $23.45 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent , with three (3) years’ experience in similar field

Preferred:

• Associates Degree, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in leadership and training
