法務事務として、書類を扱う作業や、資料作成、電話対応などの事務系業務全般を担当していただきます。機密性の高い内容を扱うため、守秘義務を必ず守ることができることが求められます。

Main Responsibilities

“A Day in the Life”

• 各種法務書類の内容チェック、承認印の押印、内容不備の書類の差し戻し、印刷、郵送
• 社内規定の管理（問い合わせ対応や担当者へのエスカレーション）、マニュアル作成、周知
• 社内資料の作成、社内共有
• 電話対応
• 会議室予約など部内のサポート
• その他付随する業務

Must Haves

Job Experience

• 押印業務など営業事務の経験
• 電話対応経験

Skills/Knowledge

• 英語力（読み書きレベル）
• 以下のツールの経験；Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook

Competency

• 書類の内容を正しく確認できること
• 自己判断せず、規定にしたがって承認等の手続きができること
• 法務としてふさわしいビジネスマナー
• サポート役として周囲を支えることに意義を感じられること

Education

• 学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)が好ましいが高卒以上から検討可
