Job Description

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by safeguarding the physical well-being of the property, and its employees and guests. It is important that the security supervisor has experience in handling the various emergencies and issues that can arise and is able to advise on all security matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in security related field in the supervisory role
• Strong leadership, coaching motivation, interpersonal & coordination, good problem-solving skill and conflict management skill
• Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded
• Good investigation skills
• Knowledge and previous experience in Health & Safety
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Observant
• Ability to perform patrolling duties
• Ability to work independently and with a team
