Description:
Tools team member to support multiple tools within account working as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ (SME). The position requires the ability to manage and troubleshoot as well as plan and implement releases/patches/upgrades. The tool SME updates documentation, manages (create/update/close/resolve) change/incident tickets. SME follows ITSM processes for tasks to complete installs and validations.
