AMSS Administration Support & Process Owner Coordinator – Venlo, NL

We have an opportunity for an Aftermarket Service Administration Support & Process Owner Coordinator to join our Venlo, NL team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will report to the Global Service Operations Leader. To secure our business goals of delivery service excellence, implementing a lean order to cash process and pursuing further improvements in our processes, we seek to hire a Service Process Owner who will focus on ensuring a smooth process and data flow in the Order-to-Invoice process and the overall AMSS Service Processes.
Your other responsibilities are:
o Review all required documentation are received to ensure accuracy prior to billing finalization
o Ensure accurate and timely entry of all data recorded to financials
o Maintain accurate invoicing records to meet audit as well as data retention requirements
o Communicate effectively with the Onsite Executions Leads, Technical Support Leads, Finance Business Partners and SGS upper management
o Create invoices and other documents pertaining to the AMSS service execution process.
o Assist with financial audits.
o Lead the harmonized process development in service jobs/SLA order, service planning and onsite execution management processes across all Pentair SGS locations globally
o Drive continuous process improvement in our frontline AMS sales, Service Planning, and Onsite execution management team and supply chain functions by leading the developments and changes in our processes
o Responsible for end-to-end continuous process improvement throughout AMS for the Order-to-Cash process
o analyze, understand and improve our Order to Cash process, in cooperation with the AMSS Leadership and our SGS Leadership.
o Drive process development and seamless integrations between different business applications (SAP, Salesforce Field Service and SharePoint Systems)
o Drive towards process excellence and ensure that we have the correct reports and KPIs developed and in use in the service jobs/SLA order, service planning and onsite execution management process area.
