Casey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA, is searching for a part-time Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our Field Support Services Team. Our Field Support Services Team is responsible for assisting with the construction, maintenance, and repair of 2,900+ Casey's stores.
As a Service Dispatch Coordinator, you will assist store team members in dispatching service for emergency and non-emergency repair work. You will be responsible for responding to calls for service on all store equipment and property and dispatching service as needed. You will also ensure all calls are accurately logged in the dispatch data system.
Responsibilities:
Hours for this position are 7:00 am-3:00 pm Saturdays, Sundays, and Casey's observed Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

Compensation:
Starting pay range: $18.37 - $24.13/hour. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
