This role operates as part of the Creator Foundation, Acquisition and Incubation team. The team mission is to ensure a long-term affiliate ecosystem for TikTok Shop though key 4 major-steps from potential creator identification, creator acquiring, creator incubation and performance analysis for further incubation program development as to serve each TikTok Shop project and long-term direction of the platform. Responsibilities: As account management for the high-tier creators/influencers in Thailand for TikTok e-commerce affiliate program. This person would need to : - Onboarding high-tier creators/influencers to TikTok e-commerce affiliate program. - Build growth in high-tier creators/influencers towards performance goals, continue improvement of content for both live streaming and short video, maximizing the business as well as monetization growth. - Measure and conduct analysis of overall creator's performance towards key metrics in order to come up with a performance development plan. - Actively work and collaborate together with the cross-functional stakeholders to achieve greater impact for the platform.
Minimum qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above - English proficiency and Thai language proficiency - A good understanding of content creator landscape - Good data analysis, able to independently analyze, craft out insights and turn into an action plan - Impressive interpersonal skills and stakeholder management in order to drive business outcomes - High sense of ownership and ability to manage end-to-end processes with minimal guidance. Preferred qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in creator/partner manager area, E-commerce background as a plus - Collaborative and adaptive mindset that is able to pivot contribution to business needs - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
