CUSTODIAN (part time)
REPORTS TO: FACILITIES AND PARKS COORDINATOR
NATURE OF WORK
This is a part-time, morning shift, position responsible for the custodial maintenance of Municipal facilities as assigned, Monday through Friday.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb; use hands to handle, or feel equipment and supplies. The employee will need to be able to regularly stand for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Requires normal range of hearing, eyesight and verbal communications to prepare and communicate appropriate activities.
Environmental demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works indoors and outdoors and must be able to function and tolerate various environmental conditions including rain, heat, humidity and cold. The employee will work near or with moving mechanical equipment and will work with toxic, caustic or otherwise harmful chemicals such as degreasers, cleaners, and solvents. Proper training and PPE will be provided.
