What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
A great opportunity has arisen in Airbus Customer Services to join Technical Data Spain in Customer Services.
This area is one main interfaces between Airbus and its customer, and the impact of its deliverables is one of the key areas for customer satisfaction. The increasing requirements from our customers and the complexity and pace of the evolution of our products, ensure that this position is both thrilling and key for the customer perception of Airbus.
Our goal is to provide customers with manuals that will enable the safe and efficient accomplishment of maintenance operations all along its life cycle, in accordance with airworthiness requirements and regulations.
In this position, the internship will bring support mainly to Tech Data organization and occasionally to Service Bulletins, Ground Support Equipment or Scheduled Maintenance organizations.
Technical Data is in charge of the second main deliverable when an A/C is delivered to a customer: its maintenance documentation.
Our goal is to provide customers (Airlines, MRO, Aircraft Lessors) with manuals (such as Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Troubleshooting Manual or Illustrated Parts Catalog) that will enable the safe and efficient accomplishment of maintenance operations all along its life cycle, in accordance with airworthiness requirements and regulations. And provide in service support to our customers with any comment, question or need they may have related to the maintenance tasks described in the manuals.
These manuals must be constantly updated with all the changes defined by the Design Office or by our Suppliers with whom we work closely to achieve our goals.
Technical Data is a department that offers a broad overview of Aircraft Systems and Airframe for all Airbus Commercial Aircraft: A320, A330, A350 and A380.
We are part of a transnational organization that has teams in Germany, France, UK and Spain, working as mirrors of the local engineering teams in charge of all Aircraft Systems and Airframe.
In this position, the internship will bring support, among others, for the following activities:
A. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, DATA ANALYSIS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
B. TECHNICAL/AUTHORING ACTIVITIES: AUTHOR, VALIDATION AND VERIFICATION
C. SUBCONTRACTING ACTIVITIES MANAGEMENT
D. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & SUPPORT
