The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. About the Team:

This position, under the Strategy & Planning department (Demand), will be responsible for delivering content-driven projects for ShopeeFood campaigns on external channels to expand ShopeeFood’s users pool.

Job Description:

  • Possess knowledge of the essential elements in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute content-driven projects, including but not limited to livestream, co-branding, offline-to-online events, etc.
  • Collaborate with other functions in ShopeeFood to propose campaigns, screen deals submission, creatives and ensure timely submission to 3rd party channels including but not limited to Google, Meta, etc. for ShopeeFood.
  • Monitor and generate insights on performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the optimum mix of digital ads, and implement data-driven optimisations for improved results.
  • Focus on new and innovative ways of user acquisition and engagement through constant testing & refining of new initiatives or new creative formats ie. short videos, reels, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns and understand tracking to accurately measure the importance and impact of digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years’ working experience in a fast-paced environment; previous experience in managing online marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Solid computer skills (Google Spreadsheet, Excel) is a must.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions and collaborations with stakeholders.
  • Curious about food industry, quick grasp on trending content is a plus.
  • Creative and have a keen eye to improve buyer experience through effective content and creatives.
