Administrator - Supply Chain

Summary:

Supporting GTC on Experimental sample SAP workflow includes product HS classification review and product export control. Responsible to support on auditing of HTC codes Globally

Responsibilities Include:

Experimental sample management.

  • Check Exp.-sample Real Substance ID information in SAP.
  • Responsible to validate HTC code and update for new material getting created.
  • Responsible to initiate classification request to Livingston in TCM system.
  • Responsible to monitor classification completion and update HS code and confirm Country of Origin in SAP- MM03.
  • Perform material composition data screening for Export Control license requirements.

HS code audit & Validation.

  • Perform timely audit on HS code discrepancies globally & analyze root cause for the discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with GTC/Product stewardship/Master data team as part of audit process.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, engineering, management, operations or supply chain
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain – Logistics/trade compliance.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong analytical, decision and strategic thinking skills with an attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization globally.
  • Highly motivated and energetic with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of Logistics, Global Trade compliance.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Compliance /Customs certifications – International
