Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Deal Closure Analysts in Growth Operations

We are seeking MBA prior Sales/Operations experience with good knowledge on Salesforce and deal cycle stage. Experienced to work with Senor leadership and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Speed is of the essence in this role with the changing pace across our industries the role would require you to provide accurate support to the stakeholders in deal closures

Responsibilities

The Deal Closure Analyst will oversee and take responsibility for successful delivery of following tasks:

(1) Accelerate deal closures:

  • Publish data driven insights
  • Solve problem bottlenecks for key individual deals pending closures

(2) Effective collaboration with all stakeholders to accelerate deal closures:

  • Ensuring adequate cadences and follow-ups
  • Strengthening relationship with these stakeholders
  • Proactively address any concerns raised by them

(3) Eradicate recurring bottlenecks delaying deal closure:

  • Highlight recurring bottleneck impacting closures
  • Support in keeping all the masters updated.

(4) Address any adhoc requests received from stakeholders around deal closures.

(5) Supporting in any transformation or automation efforts across the function.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • We are especially looking for someone with B2B sales/operations/analytics experience so we can leverage their expertise and knowledge of how internal processes can be improved to impact the efficiency of the sales process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Analytics would be preferred
  • Experience to have worked with senior leadership and able to communicate effectively.
  • Experience of working in Sales Operations preferred with knowledge on Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel and PPT.
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle Stakeholder discussions.
  • Must be a positive and energetic team player.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets
  • Experience of working in Sales Operations preferred.
  • Data and Digital Literacy
  • Analytical thinking
