Consumer Strategy & Insights (CS&I) at Hilton Grand Vacations is the guiding business unit of enterprise-wide strategy and tactics used to assess Customer and Member experiential sentiment, from the Marketing tour through to a fully optimized Club Member. With a focus on the delivery of the organization’s brand promise, CS&I uses experiential research and operational data, combined, to inform actionable business intelligence that allows the company to maximize Customer/Member acquisition, retention and profitability.

The CS&I Analyst will support the leadership of the department in the development and implementation of the experience management (XM) discipline at Hilton Grand Vacations; aiding in all activities required to ensure successful achievement of annual goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of ongoing and ad hoc XM projects across multiple channels and business units:
    • Includes programming, quality assurance testing, distributions, analysis and reporting
  • Maintain all aspects of assigned XM projects:
    • Includes samples, survey instruments, creative assets, libraries, reports, dashboards and ticketing
  • Prepare dynamic presentations based on XM project analyses that portray actionable insights for all to understand
  • Establish SOPs and training materials for assigned XM projects
  • Support enterprise brand administration of Experience Management platform
  • Support new customer strategy initiatives and campaigns. Conduct research and provide analytical support through data and trending analysis, campaign development, reporting and maintenance of programs and tools created to deliver on those initiatives.
  • Specific actions will include qualitative and quantitative research, data and trend analysis, development of dashboard/templates for reporting, presentations and various ad hoc duties as required to provide insights that drive business results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical thinker with an inquisitive approach to projects
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Creative acumen including copywriting, data visualization/graphic design
  • Proactive, self-motivated and committed
  • Strong project management skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to see short and long term business objectives
  • Effectively work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge and usage of the Qualtrics CX platform
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic HTML or CSS knowledge
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator
  • Experience writing Sequel code
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with Qualtrics Discovery specifically
