Under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation and Clinical Supervisor the physical therapist will provide high quality, cost effective therapeutic intervention to patients, and provides education regarding prevention and treatment of injury and disease to the patient and the community. Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, treatment options and care appropriate to the ages of patient served (pediatric, adult, and geriatric). Assist in emergency situations as appropriate. Will perform other duties related to the function of the physical therapy and/or rehabilitation program when assigned as well as follow policy and procedures set by WCCH and maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
