To provide excellent customer satisfaction to internal and external customers. Process orders from distributors both electronically and via fax. Respond to customers in a timely fashion (answer all phone calls immediately, return any voicemails before the end of the business day, respond to all emails within 1 business day). Treat every customer interaction with the mindset of "this is important, and I want to ensure I leave this customer feeling better about whatever situation came up than when they initially called." Proactively communicate with each distributor customer so they fully understand the status of their orders and concerns.
